SUMMER PARTY IDEA: FLORAL ICE CUBES

Being back home after a holiday can be tough – post holiday blues are real people! (yeah yeah I know, first world problems). What better way to keep the dream alive than to plan a few summery get togethers – perhaps a modern version of our parent’s slide nights? But this time with your iPhone instead of some spinning slide contraption – with photos that people have already seen because they follow you on Instagram… Naturally it’ll be outdoors and you may even serve my Rose Water Cointreau Fizz, and why not top it off with edible flower ice cubes. So easy to make – simply freeze edible flowers (buy from your local organic store) in an ice cube tray, wait a few hours and then make sure you enjoy before they melt!
